BillCheckNow is an independent, free tool that helps you find your electricity bill on the official PITC portal. If something on this website is not working — a broken link, a page that does not load, or information that looks out of date — write to us and we will look into it.
Billing or power problems? Use the official channels
BillCheckNow cannot fix bills, meter readings, or power outages. If an amount looks wrong, a meter reading is disputed, or there is no electricity, the official routes are the fastest way to get help:
- Call the PITC contact centre on 118
- Send an SMS to 8118
- Register a written complaint at ccms.pitc.com.pk and keep your complaint number
What to include in your message
When you write to us about a website problem, include:
- The page name or web address where the problem happened
- What you were trying to do
- What went wrong, including any error message you saw
Do not post your reference number or consumer ID in any public comment. Fixing a website problem does not need a bill number.
